Caretaker Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Caretaker to join our team at Niyaa People in the Birmingham area. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established organisation, providing high-quality building maintenance and safety services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including operation of the intruder alarm
  • Undertake minor office repairs, both planned and reactive
