Job Title: Employment Solicitor

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years or more PQE and a strong understanding of employment law. Key responsibilities include advising clients on restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistle blowing and TUPE. The successful candidate will also have good computer skills and be familiar with using Microsoft365, Clio or similar software.

Our ideal candidate:
  • A working knowledge of employment law and the ability to apply it with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear information on fees to clients.
  • Experience of using Microsoft365, Clio or similar software.


What we offer:
  • A competitive salary of £43,000 to £49,000 (pro rata if part time).
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Flexible working hours and a genuine work/life balance.


Location: Our Bedford office.
