Your Role

As an Emergency Response Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our ambulance crews and patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the smooth transition of patients from incoming ambulances into the care of hospital teams.

You will also contribute to various tasks as directed by our leadership team, ensuring that all procedures are followed in accordance with received training and relevant policies. It is essential to maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to information governance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support ambulance crews in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • To maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • To contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations by carrying out tasks as assigned.
  • To ensure accurate documentation and reporting as required.
