About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Senior Operational leaders in setting the overall business strategy, driving contract profitability, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering the operational Senior Management Team to ensure that bids, tenders, spend, and investment decisions are made with financial rigor.
  • Supporting new business opportunities by working closely with the business to ensure they are compelling for our customers and commercially attractive for InHealth with rigorous financials to support.
  • Providing relevant and key financial reporting to enable business performance to be tracked and understood.
  • Building ambitious and realistic financial plans with key operational leaders to drive the business forward.
  • Using foresight to identify opportunities to improve financial performance or patient experience.
  • Building strong relationships across the organization to drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working within a finance department.
  • Fundamental accounting principles demonstrated by in-role experience and progress in studying for a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Experience in manipulating and analyzing high volumes of data and reporting findings concisely, understanding the commercial drivers behind the numbers.
  • Ability to review business processes and performance on an operational level.
  • Proven track record in making reporting efficiencies while maintaining strong controls.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with finance and non-finance colleagues.
  • Computer literate (MS Office) including intermediate Excel.
