Advanced Engineering Professional

We are looking for a highly experienced Advanced Engineering Professional to join our team at microTECH Global LTD. As a key member of our NPI team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective methods for product yield and quality improvement and production cost reduction.
You will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with 3-8 years of experience in product engineering, test engineering, and/or hardware design. You will also have experience in high-speed serial digital interconnect components and test methodologies, as well as familiarity with quality systems including corrective actions, 8D reports, and failure analysis reports.
The successful candidate will have good decision-making, problem-solving abilities based on analytical/statistical approaches, creation and maintenance of product manufacturing documentation, summarizing technical plans and results through reports and presentations, achieving results in a multi-project, cross-functional team environment, exercising strong leadership and communication skills in influencing peers and management, and working with external sourcing and external subcontractors.
