High-End Kitchen Operations Leader

We're looking for a seasoned High-End Kitchen Operations Leader to oversee the development and implementation of innovative food concepts and strategies for Defence.
Main Responsibilities:- Designing and executing bespoke menus that meet the needs of Defence clients.
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve seamless food production and delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with suppliers to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Significant experience in senior kitchen leadership roles.
- A track record of developing and implementing successful food strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of food safety and quality protocols.

Salary and Benefits:You can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on your experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
