About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Clerical Team within the Rehabilitation Department. As a Reception and Administrative Coordinator, you will provide exceptional reception and clerical support to our team, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and visitors.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties will include:
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate area within the department or hospital.
- Assisting in the management of outpatient waiting lists and clinics, recording information and making appointments.
- Undertaking general receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A basic level of education, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification/work experience.
- Relevant secretarial/administrative experience, with a strong understanding of secretarial procedures and software programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
