About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of credit controllers in the efficient and effective collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of credit controllers to achieve collection targets and drive process improvements
  • Monitor and manage aged debt, implementing strategies to reduce overdue payments and improve cash flow forecasting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, resolving disputes and queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare reports and analysis on outstanding debts and collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and invoicing
  • Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Credit Control role, with leadership or supervisory experience and a strong understanding of credit control processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
