About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Hi-Flo Energy Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily timesheets, rental tracking, and billing;
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records;
- Assisting with managing office supplies and inventory;
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients;
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
