About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Hi-Flo Energy Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily timesheets, rental tracking, and billing;
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records;
  • Assisting with managing office supplies and inventory;
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients;
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
