Job Title: Senior Paralegal Manager

Join CMS, a leading global law firm, as a Senior Paralegal Manager in our Legal Services Unit. We are seeking an experienced paralegal professional to lead our team of paralegals and supervisors, providing exceptional support to our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of paralegals and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement service quality standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our services.
  • Collaborate with the Partner head of the LSU and Senior LSU Manager to develop and implement the LSU strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall goals.
  • Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting, ensuring effective management of utilisation and finances.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a paralegal management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of paralegal procedures and practices, with a deep understanding of the legal services industry.
