Senior Paralegal Manager

Join the Legal Services Unit at CMS, a global law firm with over 70 offices in 40+ countries and 5,000+ lawyers worldwide. We're seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal Manager to lead our team of paralegals and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor progress and oversee all aspects of work to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Drive and develop service quality, implementing service levels and standards.
- Lead a team of Supervisors and paralegals, handling day-to-day people management issues, including wellbeing and performance.
- Assist the Partner head of the LSU and Senior LSU Manager with HR matters, such as recruitment, career structure, reward, learning & development, and performance management.
- Ultimate responsibility for the overall quality and delivery of work to the LSU's customers, dealing with any issues or concerns.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the LSU strategy.
- Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting, and management of utilisation and finances.
- Experience in a professional services environment, with well-developed management skills.
- Ability to produce flexible solutions to meet the needs of clients and lawyers within the firm.
- Dual qualification (Scotland and England & Wales) or equivalent experience.
