Key Finance Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD.
About the Role:
As a key Finance figure and Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of accounting and finance for our Farming businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take the lead on all aspects of accounting and finance for your area, including reporting, cashflow forecasting, and budgeting.
- You will work closely with the Financial Controller to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Farming businesses to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Farming or Agriculture sector.
- Strong accounting and financial management skills, with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
