Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and profitability
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Chief Financial Officer and Investors
- Lead the production of monthly management accounts, audits, and forecasting
- Collaborate with the Operations and Commercial Directors to drive business decisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with a strong commercial focus. As Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving business growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to drive business decisions and implement financial planning and analysis processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive business decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
