Senior Architect

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic Chelmsford office. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier consultancy, innovative designs, and impeccable service across a wide spectrum of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the design process from inception to construction completion
* Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and advise on regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with clients to develop feasibility reports and design proposals
* Produce detailed drawings and documentation for planning applications
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
* Stay updated on architectural trends and technological advancements
* Provide mentorship to junior colleagues
* Liaise with construction professionals and regulatory authorities

**Requirements**

* Recognised RIBA/ARB Part III qualification in Architecture
* Experience within the Education sector would be highly desirable
* Proficiency with AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite essential
* Proficiency with Revit & SketchUp - highly desirable
* Knowledge of UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations
* Strong communication, organisational, and design skills
* Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset

**What We Offer**

* Highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
