Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinic Manager to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our clinics, achieving financial performance, and delivering exceptional customer service across ophthalmology, aesthetic, and cosmetic services.

  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and conversion opportunities with clients/patients.">
  • Promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration between clinical and retail teams.">
  • Ensuring audit, policies, procedures, and medical governance standards are met at all times.">
  • Managing health and safety for the clinic and team members.">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years management experience in a relevant sector, such as optical, private healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or retail. They should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, experience of P&L accounts or budgetary management, and a genuine desire to work in the aesthetic and optical industries.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 per annum, plus excellent bonus potential.
