We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Healthcare Service Centre Lead at our Tameside Community Equipment Service Centre.

In this role, you will lead the workshop team, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and support the Operations team in achieving key performance indicators.

Job Description:

  • Lead the workshop team to achieve KPI targets and drive efficiency
  • Ensure accurate stock management and decontamination procedures
  • Supervise equipment quarantine, sterilization, and re-packing
  • Manage inventory and update order and stock systems
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and organize the workshop team
  • Implement and maintain effective stock management procedures
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving license

Salary and Benefits:

  • An annual salary of £30,432.68
  • Monday to Friday, 43.75 hours per week, with weekends on a rotating schedule
