QC Microbiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Microbiologist to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our Quality Control Laboratory, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient testing of our Culture Media product range.

• Perform routine microbiological testing on culture media according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare working cultures in accordance with our Laboratory Code of Practice.
• Assist in product investigations and evaluations as required.
• Calibrate and monitor laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Prepare finished product samples for physical and performance testing.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure laboratory housekeeping is maintained.

• A science-related degree or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Ability to multitask and be organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy when recording and analyzing data.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
