**Job Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Digitaltidewave. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes, residential care settings, or clinic settings.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake delegated duties to patients, including routine wound care, venepuncture, and administration of insulin and eye drops.
  • Communicate effectively with the District Nursing Team, other healthcare professionals, and voluntary agencies.
  • Attend training relevant to your role and participate in health promotion programs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to budget management by ensuring effective use of resources.

**Requirements:**

  • Care Certificate qualification required.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Able to identify and develop methods to manage barriers to effective communication.

**Salary:** £22,816 - £24,336 per year.
