Job Overview

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on the challenge of managing allocations of fostering families. You will be responsible for prioritizing work according to our Directorates' Policies and Procedures, standing orders, budgets, and relevant legislation.


Key Responsibilities
  • To carry out a range of Social Work tasks as allocated by the Team Manager;
  • Holding and managing allocations of fostering families;
  • Prioritizing all work in accordance with the Directorates' Policies and Procedures;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of social work principles and practices is also essential.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
