Job Overview
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Care Professional to join our team as a Complex Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our staff, you will provide personalized support to individuals with high dependency needs, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £15.01-£18.27 per hour, paid weekly. Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include medication management, administration, and assistance with daily living tasks. You will also provide emotional support, help with personal care, continence care, cough assist, and nippy vent operations. A valid driving license is essential, as you will be required to transport clients safely and efficiently.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, good professional and personal references, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
