Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? ARV Solutions Contracts has an exciting opportunity for a CNC maintenance supervisor to join their team in Ripley. With a focus on offsite construction, this role offers a unique blend of technical and leadership skills.
We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of CNC machinery, including diagnosing issues and axis calibration. A recognised qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering is also essential. In addition, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong diagnostic skills using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
This is a key position within the company, requiring the ability to lead hands-on maintenance, collaborate with production teams, and increase equipment uptime through preventive maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks. The ideal candidate will also be able to maintain expertise across engineering disciplines, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and coordinate with external contractors for equipment inspections and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any maintenance-related issues
- Implement preventive maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks to increase equipment uptime
- Coordinate with external contractors for equipment inspections and repairs
Requirements:
- Proficiency with CNC machinery and strong diagnostic skills using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Recognised qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
- Able to lead hands-on maintenance and collaborate with production teams
- Experience with Windows-based software to manage digital maintenance records
