Offsite Construction Supervisor

In this exciting role as CNC maintenance supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading offsite manufacturer in Ripley. With a strong focus on maintaining and repairing CNC machinery, you will play a key part in ensuring optimal business output and increasing equipment uptime.

The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering, as well as proficiency with CNC machinery, including diagnosing issues and axis calibration. Strong diagnostic skills using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any maintenance-related issues
• Implement preventive maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks to increase equipment uptime
• Coordinate with external contractors for equipment inspections and repairs

Requirements:

• Proficiency with CNC machinery and strong diagnostic skills using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Recognised qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
• Able to lead hands-on maintenance and collaborate with production teams
• Experience with Windows-based software to manage digital maintenance records
