Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced practitioners to ensure that children receive a stimulating and engaging learning experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and learning of children under 5 years old
  • Working within both pre-school and nursery environments
  • Developing positive relationships with all children in EYFS
  • Being aware of the differing needs of children
  • Supporting practitioners in delivering effective early years practice
  • Assisting with maintaining children's records
  • Supporting children's emotional or behavioural needs and helping develop social skills

Training and Development
