About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team in the Regulated Water Sector. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to advise on best practice and recruit top talent across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the market
  • Collaborate with our sourcing team to develop candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements
  • Work with hiring managers to advise on best practice and recruit across numerous disciplines in our water sector
  • Build relationships and influence at all levels to drive business growth and success
