Job Overview

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our approach to caring for individuals with acquired brain injury and neurobehaviours, while supporting the development of new units and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the highest standards of care for individuals with ABI and neurobehaviours.
  2. Leading high-quality direct and indirect specialist psychological interventions in our services, exercising professional autonomy and expertise.
  3. Fostering a culture of excellence by training staff to provide high-standard support for people with diverse needs and complex presentations.
