Job Title: EMEA Field Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trade Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of trade marketing programs and driving business growth within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Artworks: Collaborate with our internal Creative team to develop brand visuals for the EMEA portfolio. Manage and track brand artwork requests from local markets, liaising with external agencies to localize central master artworks and provide final print files to markets.
  • Sales Tools: Collect relevant information from various departments for each project/tool and create the necessary sales tools. Communicate and share sales tools with commercial teams, contributing to portfolio development and growth for local field sales teams.
  • Team Administration: Maintain and update internal Marketing and Operations handbooks, guidelines, and process overviews as required. Oversee the smooth running of the internal team storage facility on SharePoint.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter who thrives in a team environment while being comfortable working with limited supervision. Prior experience in a marketing or trade operations role, preferably in the FMCG industry, is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is also beneficial.
