About the Job:

We are currently seeking a Community Health Care Assistant to join our team at Prepare4Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients. With your excellent communication skills and compassionate nature, you will make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a community-based role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (for mileage reimbursement)
