**Job Summary:**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience working in operating theatre environments. You will be responsible for assisting anaesthetists, surgeons, and other medical professionals during procedures, while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of operating theatre equipment and supplies.
  • Provide support to anaesthetists and surgeons during procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to medical staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to perioperative care.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Nursing or Operating Department Practice (ODP)
  • Valid registration with the NMC or HPC
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in operating theatres
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
