Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Line Server to join our team at our Wisbech facility. As a Production Line Server, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Operate production line equipment in accordance with safety and quality procedures
- Monitor production to achieve productivity and efficiency targets
- Identify and report any anomalies or issues that may impact production
- Organize workflow on the line to support daily production targets
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve safety and performance KPIs
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new machinery roles to support a multi-skilled team
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and pushing eurobins with product
- Good level of English and maths skills
- Basic understanding of health and safety and food hygiene principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
