Production Line Server

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Server to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. in Wisbech. As a Line Server, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, working closely with our team to achieve high-quality products and meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Machines Safely: Ensure all machines are operated in line with related safety and quality procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Monitor Production: Continuously monitor production to help attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Analyze and Report Issues: Assess and report any anomalies or issues that may impact production, working with the team to resolve problems and maintain production targets.
- Organize Workflow: Organize workflow on the line to support daily production targets, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the team to achieve safety and performance KPIs, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop Skills: Be willing to learn several machinery roles to become part of a multi-skilled team, enhancing your skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of the business.
- Physical Demands: Be comfortable with heavy lifting and pushing eurobins with product, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Communication Skills: Possess a good level of English and maths, with basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
- Independence: Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
