Regional Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for clients and contractors within an assigned territory, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee projects within your designated territory, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Identify and address potential issues, finding proactive solutions to ensure project success.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, serving as a trusted advisor. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Enthusiasm: Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the team and client interactions. Demonstrate a genuine passion for the services offered and an eagerness to share that enthusiasm with clients.
- Accuracy and Deadline Adherence: Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate. Meet or exceed project deadlines consistently, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role. If you are from hospitality or retail, we would be keen to hear from you.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
