About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team at Invictus Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple commercial office sites across the designated regions. Your primary focus will be on carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and responding to reactive tasks, ensuring smooth operation of building services, such as air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, motors, and leak detection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance tasks across multiple commercial properties.
  • Perform PPMs and respond to reactive maintenance calls.
  • Maintain and service air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, and motors.
  • Conduct leak detection and repairs.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and compliance.

What's on Offer:

  • Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical or plumbing background with relevant qualifications.
  • Experience in maintaining AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload across multiple sites.
