Location: Remote, with 1 day per month in the office

Salary: £25,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Euro London Appointments. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients via various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and log interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to improve customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Shift Patterns:

We offer two flexible shift patterns to accommodate your needs:

  • Choice 1 (5-Week Rotation):
    • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:15
    • Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 – 15:45, and Saturday, 11:45 – 20:00
    • Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:15
    • Week 4: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:15, and Saturday, 09:45 – 18:00
    • Week 5: Monday to Friday, 11:45 – 20:00
  • Choice 2 (5-Week Rotation):
    • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:15
    • Week 2: Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 07:30 – 15:45
    • Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:15
    • Week 4: Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 08:00 – 16:15
