Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Night Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of visual and microbiological hygiene are consistently maintained across all areas of the site. This includes:

  • Ensuring all manufacturing, packing, storage, and staff facility areas are cleaned thoroughly on a scheduled basis.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective hygiene procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Managing and enforcing training programs, COSHH, PPE, cleaning, and Health and Safety protocols.
  • Leading a strong and dedicated hygiene team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in hygiene management within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and implementing effective hygiene procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours and Location

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Thursday (9pm-5:30am) and Friday (6pm-2:30am) at our client's facility in Hull, East Yorkshire.
