Join a leading multi-site supplier in the food retail sector as a Production Team Leader. You will work in their brand-new purpose-built fully automated site in Wakefield, alongside a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers on a range of industrial washers, conveyors, dryers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure safety and performance targets are achieved.
  2. Lead/assist with continuous improvement projects and other similar activities.
  3. Conduct various elements in managing people, including RTW meetings, investigations, disciplinaries, and training.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a manufacturing/FMCG technical background.
  2. Excellent organisational skills, including planning of labour and processes.
  3. Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Good Health, Safety and Environmental awareness with an understanding of risk assessments and legislation.
