Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Support Worker on a full-time basis in the Nottinghamshire area. As a Housing Support Worker, you will have your own caseload of customers with complex needs, such as homelessness, substance misuse, and a history of offending. Your primary responsibility will be to manage their support plans, promote, and sustain tenancies.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing caseloads of customers with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing support plans to promote and sustain tenancies
  • Signposting customers to relevant services and agencies
  • Supporting customers on their journey to independent living

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a similar position working with a similar customer group. Additionally, you must have a clear driving license, as this is a Floating Support Role.
