Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Framework Housing Association. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to develop the life skills they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide face-to-face and one-to-one support to service users, addressing their individual needs and promoting their independence.
  • Work alongside support planners to ensure tasks and objectives are achieved within agreed time scales.
  • Assist service users in dealing with problems arising from their accommodation, including repairs, disputes, debts, and rent arrears.
  • Build skills and confidence of service users, empowering them to make informed decisions and choices.
