Job Overview
We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant who has experience recruiting staff on a temporary basis. This role will be given a wide brief to recruit all forms of construction professionals in various disciplines. You will have the freedom to develop and grow your section, and we have the opportunities here for a committed Contract/Temporaries Consultant to establish a high billing desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit construction professionals, including project managers, commercial managers, foremen, engineers, quantity surveyors, estimators, site managers, and assistants.
- Develop and grow your section, with opportunities to establish a high billing desk.
- Work with a wide range of clients, including national contractors and regional smaller contractors.
Requirements
We are particularly keen to talk to recruiters with entrepreneurial flair who are fiercely motivated, committed, and passionate about recruitment with a good working knowledge of the contract/temporaries sector. Even if you have no experience in construction but have experience in the cut and thrust of temporaries, we would be keen to talk to you. Pinnacle has a proven track record of training experienced recruiters and developing skills, which dramatically increase their billings and earnings.
