As a Contract Recruitment Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:
- Proactively headhunting candidates/contractors and developing a map of who is active in the market. It is expected that you have a core list of contractors you are regularly meeting, placing, and gaining commercial information from.
- Building a profitable desk specifically in your chosen sector, working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts, and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base.
- Networking with candidates and clients both over the phone and face-to-face, organizing networking events and client presentations.
- Negotiating commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies, understanding the implication of the PSL for both permanent and contract hires.
- Adding contacts to the database to map out potential new clients.
- Meeting your monthly financial target, if not ensuring your quarterly target is met across the 3-month period.
- Collaborating with peers on sharing candidates/contractors, commercial information, and in building out your vertical as a team on the database.
You will have 12-18 months + of experience in a Contract Recruitment role.
