Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Education Specialist to join our team as a Year 2 Learning Facilitator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students. This includes implementing effective teaching strategies, assessing student progress, and communicating regularly with parents/guardians.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting. You should also possess excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of learners.
