Job Title: Commercial Rights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Rights Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our publishing house, you will be responsible for negotiating deals directly with clients, international publishers, co-agents, and scouts.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in rights, with a strong understanding of publishing trends in the UK and overseas markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small but busy team. A proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail is required to thrive in this role.

The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The contract type is a fixed-term maternity cover for 9 months, with the possibility of a monthly renewal up to 12 months. The job involves hybrid working, with 3 days a week spent in our London office and 2 remote days.
