About the Role- Create accurate and comprehensive drawings for architectural projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Prepare and develop planning and construction drawings, as well as surveys, plans, specifications, and images.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients through written reports and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain a proactive and organized approach, taking initiative when necessary.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UK Building Regulations and associated laws.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Strong technical abilities and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Ability to understand and apply current planning stage processes and methods.
- Bachelor's or HNC degree in Architectural Technology or a related field is desirable.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
