About This Position

RGB Recruitment is currently looking for a highly skilled Architectural BIM Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, attending meetings with clients, and collaborating with consultants on various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed drawings using BIM software.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients and liaise with consultants on projects.
  • Prepare and develop planning and construction drawings, as well as surveys, plans, specifications, and images.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients through written reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain a proactive and organized approach, taking initiative when necessary.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UK Building Regulations and associated laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Strong technical abilities and proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Ability to understand and apply current planning stage processes and methods.
  • Bachelor's or HNC degree in Architectural Technology or a related field is desirable.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
