Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimizing Used Stock Levels: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure that optimum used stock levels are maintained to maximize used car sales opportunities.
  • Purchasing at Market Value: Ensure that used cars are purchased at the correct market value, reflecting their age and required preparation costs, to comply with company policy.
  • Quality Vehicle Procurement: Ensure the procurement and supply of quality used vehicles to enable sales departments to achieve financial and volume targets.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed analysis and reports on purchase activity to inform business decisions.
  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor vehicle sales mix and volumes to ensure correct replenishment of stock.
  • Operational Excellence: Always operate within company policy and adhere to high standards of professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong written and verbal English skills, knowledge of systems designed to assist with car appraisals, and proficiency in PC, Microsoft, and web-based applications.
