Key Responsibilities:

As the Director of our Environmental Assessment and Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the team in the South West and Wales region, overseeing recruitment, growth, and actively contributing to bidding and project delivery.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering planning / environmental work being undertaken by multi-disciplinary teams, influencing project development and delivering optimal environmental and planning outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting and negotiating with planning authorities, regulators, and stakeholders. They will also have strong project management and technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a range of technical specialists.

Please note that this role requires a flexible, pragmatic, and collaborative approach to work, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: £90,000 - £125,000 per annum
