The successful Bid Writer will be instrumental in helping the team secure new business opportunities by crafting high-quality, compelling, and compliant bid proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write tailored bid responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the entire bid process, ensuring timely completion and maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Edit and proofread proposals to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of reusable content, templates, and previous bid documentation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve bid processes and content to enhance success rates and stay ahead of industry trends.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in bid writing, proposal management, or a related field with a track record of delivering successful bids.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detailed attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and editing abilities to ensure error-free proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.


Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
