Job Description

& Security Systems Ltd is hiring a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to maintain fire and security systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

You will work closely with our Service and wider support departments to deliver first-rate servicing to the systems used by our clients. You'll be working as part of a skilled team of Engineers and Senior Engineers to build on the company's reputation in quality and customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Servicing and Maintenance: Perform scheduled routine servicing in accordance with the Company's quality standards.
  2. System Diagnosis and Rectification: Identify and rectify system faults using a logical approach.
  3. Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status.

The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and maintaining fire, security, CCTV, and access control systems to relevant British Standards.

Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of fire, intruder, CCTV, and access control problems.
  • Manufacturers Training: Minimum requirement of Notifier and Gent equipment in respect of servicing.
  • Basic Electrical Safety Training (ECA): Basic Electrical Safety training is essential.
