We are seeking a reliable and caring Support Worker to join our team at Red House, a 6-bed service for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and dual diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care and activities
- Assist with in-house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire residents to achieve their goals
- Manage challenging behaviours with resilience and support
