About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at times that suit you.

About the Job

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs. Your role will involve developing daily living skills, accessing the community, and providing personal care and medication support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower individuals to live the lives they want to lead
  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
