Sales Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Next Generation Ltd in Bromsgrove. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be confident, motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer support and service

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £25,000-£27,000 per annum, plus a monthly bonus structure. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills within a dynamic and ambitious organization.
